We are looking for an experienced General Manager (m/f/d) to lead our hotel with warmth, professionalism and entrepreneurial spirit. Working closely with the owner family, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, inspire and develop a dedicated team, ensure outstanding guest experiences and drive the continued success of the resort. You will combine operational excellence with strong financial management while preserving the distinctive character and values of vigilius.
