What you'll do • Inbound Customer service for bookings, purchases of services or goods; • Manage customer requests and clarify any doubts; • Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand; • Management of changes, adjustments, complaints and any other customer concerns. What you'll need • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C2); • Good knowledge of English (minimum B2); • Experience in customer service (preferred); • Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit; • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
