Critical Operations Technical Trainer - EMEA Role Summary Based in Milan, the EMEA Critical Operations Technical Trainer is the technical lead for developing the capability of Critical Operations Technicians (COTs) and Critical Operations Engineers (COEs) across STACK's EMEA portfolio. Working with Operations leaders, you will deliver practical, hands-on training, own competency development and help embed a culture of safety, operational excellence and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities · Deliver instructor-led, virtual and practical training across Italy, Norway, Switzerland and future EMEA locations. · Own onboarding, technical development and competency progression for COTs and COEs. · Develop learning pathways, assessments and competency frameworks. · Maintain training records and support LMS compliance. · Drive consistency of operational standards across EMEA. · Support practical equipment walkdowns, emergency response exercises and operational readiness. · Partner with Operations to ensure training reflects SOPs, MOPs, EOPs and SMPs. · Identify training needs from operational feedback, audits and incidents. · Champion a culture of safety, operational discipline and continuous learning. · Provide technical coaching on UPS, generators, MV/LV, HVAC, BMS, EPMS and SCADA. · Coordinate OEM/vendor technical training and mentor site SMEs. What You'll Bring · Experience in Critical Operations, data centres, industrial facilities or other mission-critical environments. · Strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical infrastructure including UPS, generators, MV/LV, HVAC and monitoring systems. · Experience coaching, mentoring or delivering technical training. · Experience reviewing operational procedures is advantageous. · Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills. · Experience creating learning programmes, assessments and competency frameworks. · Fluent English and Italian. · Eligibility to work in Italy.
